COOK COUNTY, IL- Nbcchicago.com reports that a crash took place in south suburban Lancing at around 1 a.m. on Thursday, October 25, 2018. The collision killed one man and injured three other people.
The victim was identified as Rameer Hodges, 27, of Calumet City. The other three people who sustained injuries were traveling in the same vehicle.
The vehicle was a 2009 Jaguar. The injured individuals were transported to local hospitals. The driver of the vehicle, a 29-year-old man from Dixmoor,sustained life-threatening injuries. The two backseat passengers were also injured. A 38-year-old man was in stable condition, and a 22-year-old was hospitalized for observation.
